Layton Cemetery Servicemen -
There is a large cross in the centre of Layton Cemetery commemorating
servicemen. It is quite a way from the main building. The Polish
memorial and the other two rectangular memorials are close by. There is a link here.

This memorial caught my eye. Really close to the Polish graves as well as the other servicemen. He demands respect. A wonderfully carved memorial. The lead lettering is pealing - in a few years it will be indecipherable.
