Womyn of the Web wants to unite women of the web and let them contact each other and form a sisterhood on the web. This grand sisterhood has been around before 1999, before Yahoo took over webring, before all the problems that happened since then. Under new ownership, this webring is going to unite feminists once more and flourish like wildflowers. I am suddenly reminded of feminist artist Judy Chicago's art piece "The Dinner Party" in which she had famous feminist archetypes all sitting around a table. Athena, Lilith, Joan of Arc, Kali, Judith, Artemesia Gentileschi, etc... now that was a Sisterhood!
