North Texas Square and Round Dance Association
Established in 1961, the North Texas Square and Round Dance Association is enjoying its 49th year of providing great dancing and fellowship for the friendly dancers in Dallas, Ft. Worth and the surrounding 20,000 square miles of North Central Texas. In 2010, NORTEX is composed of 37 square dance clubs, 5 round dance clubs and 3 clogging clubs, and has a membership of approximately 1,800 dancers.
