This is a resource center and support group for those with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis. There is also information about possible complications such as Cauda Equina Syndrome from severe central stenosis and centrally herniated discs. This site is a collection of experience, ideas, opinions, and warnings from a sufferer's prospective.
