A Course in Miracles represents an integration of psychological principles with a non-dualistic metaphysics. Its practical teachings are about forgiveness which requires the removal of ego blocks to the awareness of love in our mind. These blocks consist of the belief in sin, or separation from God; guilt and fear which are related to motivations to compete and be special.
