Iberian horses may be any breed that is native to the Iberian Peninsula. At present, this includes these 17 breeds: Lusitano, Sorraia, Garrano, Asturcón, Burguete, Caballo de Monte del País Vasco, Pura Raza Gallega, Cavall Mallorquí, Andalusian (Pura Raza Española), Hispano-Arabe, Hispano-Bretón, Jaca Navarra, Losina, Mallorquina, Menorquina, Monchina and Pottoka. Some of these breeds are more common in North America than others.
