Fiber Art is any artistic creation that's made from natural fibers such as wool, mohair, alpaca, silk, cotton, linen, hemp and bamboo. Some also include various synthetic fibers. Many fiber artists are also hand spinners who spin and dye raw fiber, making unique yarns for knitting, weaving and crochet, including art yarns, or that may have everything from lace, strips of fabric to ribbon, beads and novelty fibers worked into the yarn.
