Ignorance: a state of being uninformed; lack of knowledge, learning, information, etc. ...
Concerning the mysteries of God.
If these things are true, they ask, "Then, why did Yeshua not teach us?"
Two varied responses are given in this ring:
1.) Yeshua did teach about the pre-existent soul that evolves to perfection. But, this and 'many other important teachings' were removed from the scriptures, by the early carnal Christians and church of Constantine. Even so, if Christians, today, would heed scriptural warnings, they could discover the mysteries of God.
2.) The entire Bible is a book of mysteries, the vail and parables still in tact. And, Jesus did open their understanding. The scriptures are the ones that testify of him. And, once you are ready to love the Lord with all your mind, too; you will also discover research instructions for finding all sorts of revelations. Knowledge will pass away, but not His words; and His words are sweet.

Christians Blame Others for Their Own Ignorance
Christians blame others for their own ignorance of the mysteries of God. Why did Yeshua not teach us? Yeshua not only taught the pre-existent soul, that evovles to perfection in the written word, but this and many other important teachings were removed from the scriptures by the carnal Christians and Church of Constantine. Yet, even today, if Christians would heed the warnings of the scriptures, they would be taught the mysteries.
Consequences of the Ebionite Factor
Christians hide from the truth. Hyam Maccoby warned, "The Ebionites... claim 'to represent the original teaching of Jesus' has to be taken seriously. It is quite wrong. Therefore, to dismiss 'what they had to say about Paul' was unworthy of attention." Matthew was an outcast tax collector who became Torah observant 'under his teacher' Jesus. Proof that Mccoby was right, and Gentile Christianity in error.
The Death of the Religion of Jesus

The most spiritual New Testament scriptures were never given to the Gentiles who severely corrupted the written word. And while disciples can have access to the Living Word, the body of believers (who cling to the ways of this world) are not given this entrance into the Holy of Holies where they are preserved.
