Version française: Ce cercle de sites francophones a pour but de rassembler tous les sites qui offrent une aide aux internautes, peu importe la forme sous laquelle cette aide se presente (conseils, aide technique, forum, ressources, creations, freewares, personelles, cours de programmation, etc. Ce cercle a egalement pour but de valoriser le web francophone, qui n'a vraiment rien a envier a son equivalent anglophone que se soit du point de vue de sa diversite ou de la qualite des sites. English version: This circle of French-speaking sites has for its goal to muster all the sites that offer assistance to the netsurfers, with little import to the form under which this assistance itself presents (counsels, technical assistance, forums, resources, creations, freewares, personalities, programming courses, etc. This circle basically promotes the equality of the French-speaking Web, without really anything needed from the English-speaking equivalent that is itself from the standpoint of the diversity or quality of the sites. But Francophile English-speaking sites or sites with English versions on them are completely welcome here.
