Carnaval of Ponce, Puerto Rico

Mardi Gras - Carnival, New Orleans
Mardi Gras in New Orleans has the Bal Masque, better known as the Carnival Ball, held during the Carnival season, and the ride of the Phunny Phorty Phellows.
