This "Ring" is reserved for the off-topic submissions we managers have to endure, the ones that make us shake our heads in wonder. Not the Yahoo! and Google main pages we all have seen, but the very off-topic, unrelated, irrelevant pages that less than rarely install the navigation code (and don't look for it here, either, it's not that type of Ring) and probably weren't serious about joining anyhow. Oddly, these are not BAD sites, many have interesting content, but their owners execute poor judgment when applying. So we are giving them what they want (exposure), just not where they want it.
