Travel to Burning Man
"Burning Man" is a festival which takes place in Northern Nevada each year, at which a temporary city of over 40,000 people is built in the desert as a collective artwork. Visual work in a variety of traditional media is seen, along with music, dance, the reading of literature, but there is also interactive art, which responds to the actions of the observer, and the "burns" themselves - the use of fire, itself, as a sculptural medium. Our forum includes a number of boards on which you may share and discuss your own artwork, both Burning Man and non-Burning Man related, and others in which one may share the experience of getting to Burning Man or similar events through stories or one's art.
