Here is more information from the manager: I originally founded this ring back in September of 1999, cause I got fed up with ringmasters not approving new site applications in a timely manner. This was supposed to be the NEW and improved ring for Anime Card Collectors. Well, it's been just about 6 years now, since I'd founded this ring and it's sure grown! It even has double the sites of the original anime cards ring! It just proves that good managment has its rewards. Anyway, since we are now the #1 Anime Cards ring on the net, I have decided that we no longer need the word "New" in the title of the ring, so we are now the Anime Card Collectors' Webring. This is YOUR webring, my fellow collectors; THANK YOU for making it what it is today! Noriko
