   Slocan Valley Watershed Archive
An archive of the watershed protection groups of the Slocan Valley. Since the early 1970s, local groups have worked to protect water quality, quantity, timing of flow, and to promote sustainable economies. At times various groups have allied themselves in order to dialogue with industry and government. The work of the Slocan Valley Watershed Alliance has played an important role in this effort and is represented here.
