"Theg-Chog Norbu-i Ga-Tsal" is a Karma Kamtsang meditation retreat centre in France. Created and directed by Lama Norbu Repa, the centre represents His Holiness Karmapa, Ogyen Trinley Dorje. In addition to promoting genuine practice of Dharma, it operates charitable activities for the Tibetan People in the Kham region of Eastern Tibet.
