communication - 01/31/2014

I am starting a new discussion because I could not respond below. I tried to reply and I got processing, please wait for over 10 minutes? This is not normal. My problem is that I can't reply to my Ring manager (Norika) of the Barbie Doll Collectors' Ring. The verification system is not working. It asks for the verification and it doesn't show one to put in. When it does show one, it will not take. It just keeps asking and asking me to re-enter message. Thanks, KO.
