As manager your primary "job" is to encourage the community to grow and to keep the topical relevance as you do. That means ensuring that the sites already in the ring are still relevant, finding and inviting new sites, finding a good logo for the ring to help increase it's visibility, making sure teh title and description are concise and relevant.
Quick glance indicates you have work to do. The description is not a description of the TOPIC of the ring, it's a set of rules for someone wishing to join. That's what your join instructions are for, so move that there and write a real descriptin. You also have no logo. The ring should have a logo that gives clear understanding of the topic to visitors.
