Same problem. I'm told I have new submissions - 04/08/2011
I received an email from you with the name of a site needing to be approved, however when I log in, as the manager, it says I have no new submissions. This is crazy ......

It's very possible a member or super user dealt with the basic submission before you had a chance to log in. We make an effort to have subimssions *initially* processed within a short period of time, day at the most. This keeps the member engaged.

As manager you have the right, of course, to suspend or remove any sites you feel are not appropriate to the topic of the ring.

It's also possible that the member changed their mind and removed their submission

I am having the same problem. When I first noticed I thought it was just the spam was being deleted because I did not lgon and reject some spam. Now I am seeing sites join and get approved before I can look at them the next day.

If we are going to manage these rings we do not need to be having sites approved without our permission.

I just got a join request on the 23rd and another on the 24th I logged in on the 24th to jeck them and the one from the 23 had been approved without my permission.

What do we have to do close the ring and have signups on our own webpages to stop this?
