Why are you sending me an email? - 04/15/2011
You already approved the new member, so what was the point of sending me me an email? what's the point of being a WebRing manager?

The email is to inform the manager that a new members has apporchaed the ring. Your job as manager is to manage and grow the ring. Processing new submissions is roughly 1/4 of that process. Allowing helpers, members and others to review new submissions (which you can then have final say over as part of your normal, regular, review of ALL sites in the ring, right?) simply ensures rapid response to new members - something the internet these days demands - without infringing on your overall management duties.
