curse of the reappearing sites - 11/06/2010
Over the last month, I've had to delete two sites from two different rings that I manage. Both sites belong to the same person, and don't meet the qualifications for membership to either ring.

Yet, the sites keep reappearing! I've deleted them both 3 times now from both rings! I've checked, re-checked, and checked again: all settings are for manual approvals. There is nothing that I can see that would indicate why these sites keep being readmitted into my rings.

Any ideas why this is happening? Any way I can keep these sites from being readmitted again?

REALLY hard to day since there is nothing specific in here. But, you can block the userid via your management settings.

If you want more advice or assistance you shoulkd use the link on your my account pages to contact support directly since you are a premium member. And INCLUDE SPECIFICS

I've contacted my account rep several times and gotten no response. That's why I finally posted here. I'll try banning the user id. Thanks.

we're replied. you have a yahoo email address. replies have probably gone into your bulk folder.

The last support request we have from you was 10/27 and related to merging to similar rings. we have not heard back on that.

for what it's worth...yahoo email is mostly worthless.

Use the link in your My Account area to contact support with the rings you wish to merge and the site ids, etc of the sites you're having trouble with and we'll have a look. We'll try responding back to your via your WRMessage inbox - which we know works :)
